Yo No Say Microshow

If you give a listen to their first album Get Lost recorded here at Mobtown, you’ll notice indie/alt rock doesn’t quite capture the sounds of Baltimore’s Yo No Say, but you’d be hard pressed to come up with a better category in which to place them. Led by a formidable drummer and bassist, the energetic grooves of Yo No Say are unafraid to change, whilst maintaining a danceable feel. Riding these grooves, you’ll hear the chugging of guitars as readily as a delicate and often fast-paced guitar or keyboard melody. Vocal harmonies and psychedelic lyrics trade between infectious guitar and synth riffs that keep many guessing and eagerly waiting for what will come next out of this up and coming quintet.

Yo No Say joins us in the studio for a Microshow (September 11, 2014).

Enjoy this microshow from last fall when Yo No Say came in to record their microshow. They stripped it down to an acoustic session. Enjoy it!
