Steady Pleasures Microshow

Bassist Andrew Felix and Drummer Dominic Smith are the talented and generous musicians who joined Steady Pleasures in order to give voice to the music inside pianist Sean Beier’s head. The songs are original and emotional compositions by Beier, who taught himself piano by playing along with the Nintendo game themes on his Yamaha keyboard.

Steady Pleasures joins us in the studio for a Microshow (November 14, 2013).

In lieu of rehearsal, the trio solidified their sound over a period of many months, playing a weekly residency at the well-missed Bohemian Coffee House in Station North.

That old Yamaha keyboard made its recording debut here at the microshow for all to enjoy.
