Tiger Hill: Microshow
Last week, Tiger Hill rocked us with their indie madness. Complete with acoustic guitar, drums, accordion, melodica and trumpet.
This playful set was a fun and insightful look in to the music of Tiger Hill. We were also happy to have heard a cover of Baltimore’s The Up Set that night. I love it when bands support their band neighbors in covers.
Tech stuff: U87 on vocals, Sennheisser 441 on accordion & melodica, SM7 on trumpet, bass was DI, Shure SM81 on acoustic guitar, Sennheisser 421 on floor tom, Shure SM57 on snare, MXL V67 on drum overheads and backup vox, EV 408 on electric guitar.

Great set, boys. Sorry I wasn’t able to play this one, but it seems like you all had a great time. Mat, great job on the recordings; lovin’ it.
